1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak999 ("ak999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ak999 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and related features accessible at ak999.biz and any associated mobile interfaces.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one ak999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ak999 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and to void any bets placed or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ak999 account, including your full name, date of birth, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak999 Login credentials. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers are PKR 1,000. Minimum amounts for USDT transactions are equivalent to approximately USD 5.

3.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits are subject to processing times dependent on the relevant financial institution and are typically completed within the same business day.

3.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by ak999 in the order they are received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically complete on the same business day for requests made before 3 PM PKT. ak999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

3.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance. ak999 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the platform with a unique bet reference number. A bet is not valid until such confirmation is received.

4.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, ak999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and to refund stakes to the player's account. The decision of ak999 in relation to such situations is final.

4.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. All cricket betting markets, including PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events, and other international fixtures, are subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the ak999 platform. In cases of event postponement, abandonment, or result reversal by the relevant governing body, ak999 will apply standard sporting event void and settlement rules as published.

4.4 Live Casino. Live casino games at ak999 are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules governing each live game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ak999 facilitates access to these games but the game providers' rules take precedence in relation to game outcomes.

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing accounts belonging to other players
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system malfunctions
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or adversely affects the platform or other players

ak999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets, and to withhold any balance held in such accounts pending investigation.
